    Weekly Groups for LGBTQIA+ Youth

    Our Space: Queer & Trans Youth Groups

    We are pleased to announce...

     

    HUSD is collaborating with Our Space to provide weekly, in-person, drop-in peer groups for LGBTQIA+ youth ages 13-21 at lunchtime. The topic of each group is guided by input from the youth and may change based on their interests.

     

    Lunchtime Peer Groups

    Hayward HS - TUESDAYS in A-19

    Tennyson - WEDNESDAYS in C-8

    Mt. Eden - THURSDAYS in D-5

     

    Ana Enriquez Mejicanos is the facilitator of the weekly peer groups for LGBTQIA+ youth. Ms. Enriquez is available for a short visit to your classroom in person to introduce herself and share more about the groups. Please contact her if you have questions or if you would like to schedule a visit:
