Student Transcript

There are two ways to order and receive a student transcript:  In person at the District Offices or sending a request through the mail.


Requirements when ordering and picking up in person at the District Office

 

  1. Valid drivers license or California ID
  2. Enclose a $ 3.00 check or money order (not cash) for each transcript requested
  3. Completed Transcript Form with:
  • Students full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Year of Graduation
  • Name of High School last attended

Requirements when requesting transcripts by mail

  1. Letter of request with their signature
  2. Copy of valid driver’s license or California ID
  3. Enclose a $ 3.00 check or money order (not cash) for each transcript requested
  4. Include in the Letter of Request:
  • Students full name
  • Date of Birth
  • Year of Graduation
  • Name of High School last attended

Note: When a student is over 18 years of age, no one other than the student may pick up his/her transcript without their written authorization.

The district has five business days to provide the transcript or records pursuant to Section 49069 of the California Ed Code.
